OTIS — building our own spend intelligence platform
Every growing business eventually discovers it's spending more on software and vendors than it realised, and that no one can easily answer basic questions: what does this vendor do for us, are we still using them, is there overlap? The existing tools in the market either focused narrowly on SaaS sprawl or required finance teams to manually categorise every transaction. We wanted something that did the analytical work itself.
A multi-tenant platform with a central intelligence orchestrator that produces executive summaries, thematic findings, and clarification flows across multiple service modules. The architecture separates the Omihon operator side (running on its own infrastructure) from client-deployable packages activated via cryptographically signed tokens. A seeded vendor catalog means OTIS can classify spend from day one without asking customers to configure everything manually.
OTIS is live at app.omihon.com and is being used by its first customers. It remains an actively developed product and anchors Omihon's broader AI-product practice.
